By accessing my site, or by accessing the design file/files you have purchased, or my free designs, you agree to the Terms of Use set forth herein.
The items for sale and given for free on this site are sold and given in accordance with the following copyright, and Terms of Use Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms set forth, do not purchase any item/items from this site, and do not use any designs or files from this site. These terms apply to purchases made directly from this site, or designs purchased from any cd I may sell on the site.
You may use KatieDo Embroidery deisgns to stitch out on items for yourself, or for commercial use as long as the Terms of Use, and copyrights are followed. You may not sell, transfer, trade, share, or distribute the actual design either in part or whole without express written permission from Kathleen Fields dba KatieDo Embroidery. All designs on this site, including free designs, are non-transferable for any reason. No picture, graphic or image from this website may be used for any reason without prior written permission from Kathleen Fields dba KatieDo Embroidery. No item on this site is public domain for any reason.
The following stated terms are my Terms of Use. These constitute a binding legal contract between you, the visitor, and me, the website owner. By law, you must abide by them.
TERMS OF USE FOR KATIEDO EMBROIDERY DESIGNS
Any and all designs on this site, purchased or free, are copyrighted by KatieDo Embroidery.
The following terms apply to purchases made directly from this site, or designs purchased from any cd I may sell on the site.
These are my Copyright Rules and Terms of Use for my designs:
▪ You may use these designs to stitch out on items for yourself.
▪ You may use the designs to put on items for sale.
▪ You may stitch out KatieDo Embroidery designs as many times as you like (no limit)
▪ You may change colors or alter the design to fit your personal needs, but may not alter the design for any items intended for resale.
▪ You may not sell, trade, share, or distribute the actual design, whether in part or whole, without express written permission from Kathleen Fields dba KatieDo Embroidery
▪ You may not edit my design so it is changed and then claim it as your own.
▪ You may not use a program to edit, or take portions of my designs and claim them as your own.
▪ You may not use my design to make another design or create a template with it to make other designs.
▪ You may not distribute my design on any list, group, or auction site for sale, trade, swap, etc.
▪ Once you purchase my designs or cd's, you purchase the rights to use them for your lifetime.
▪ You may not trade, give or sell my design to anyone for any reason.
▪ The designs on my website were created by myself; they are mine the day I created them and are protected under International and United States copyright law.
▪ Terms of Use are a legally binding contract. This Agreement governs the relationship between the web site owner and visitors to the web site. Web site Terms of Use protect the owner from liability associated with claims of loss or damage from web site visitors. The Agreement also provides copyright and trademark protection for the web site content.
